Black Box SEM Gives Back
A message from our CEO and Chairman of the Board:
On behalf of everyone at the Black Box SEM family, we wish to extend our hearts and prayers to all of those affected by the Coronavirus COVID-19 crisis. On a personal note, I wanted to take a moment to let all of our clients, and our potential new clients, know that our hosting teams, support staff, and development groups will still be working to provide all of the services you depend upon. Your websites will remain hosted. Your emails and communication software will function. Most of all, our teams are working remotely, with full access and ability, to support you and your businesses.
Unlike many of our employees< and even some of our clients, I am personally “old enough” to have lived through some very tough times. Born and raised in London, I have witnessed, experienced, and most of all thankfully survived “tough times”. I can tell you first hand how fear and anxiety can cause all sorts of issues. Issues that are much more important than marketing and managing a business. I, and our entire Black Box SEM family, are here to help all of you through this, even if it’s just to talk to someone.
We are molded by the experiences we go through. Good and bad. We grow stronger by facing adversity and tough times head-on. As we always have, we will get through this. Things will get better. Yes, we have a long road ahead of us. Never the less, there is always hope and a light at the end of the tunnel. Black Box SEM will walk by all of your sides through this terrible crisis, we will be there to help pick up the pieces when the dust settles.
For now, we are providing as much free support as possible. If you require virtual chat and communication software please contact your direct Team Manager. I have approved to add chat options at no additional cost until June 1, 2020. In addition, your local branch managers and account reps have a list of price assistance plans. I encourage all clients, and new clients as well, to reach out to us for any help or assistance.
In closing, we hope and pray for all of you and your families. Stay safe, stay strong, and together we will get through this.
